How far in advance should I book a session?

To secure your preferred date, I recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons like spring and fall. However, I can sometimes accommodate last-minute sessions, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

Yes, I’m happy to travel! I primarily serve Kittitas County but am willing to travel to other locations for an additional travel fee. Let’s chat about your vision and where you'd like your session to take place!

Do you travel for photoshoots?

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the session?

I LOVE shooting in weather—rain, snow, and wind can make for some fun memories as long as everyone is game for it! But if the weather doesn’t cooperate, I’m always willing to reschedule for the next available date or consider an indoor location if suitable.

How do I book a session with you?

Booking is simple! Send me a message via my contact form, email, or social media with details about the type of session you’d like. For standard sessions, I’ll send you a written note with pricing for services to confirm your booking—no contract required.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, I require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. This deposit goes toward your total session fee and ensures I hold your spot on my calendar.

Can you use photoshop to make me look younger/skinnier/older/more curvy/different?

This is a HARD no from me. My absolute goal is to show case your natural beauty, and highlight the uniquely amazing things about each person. One of my many talents is being able to pose people in certain ways in order to help highlight all the wonderful things you poses naturally! I'm always more than happy to talk through insecurities or possible concerns with my clients in order to ensure maximum comfort and confidence going into the session. The one thing I will edit out is pesky acne, bruises, or any cuts that my clients may not want included in the photos! If you have any questions on this, please feel free to contact me.

What is your cancellation policy?

I completely understand things happen, but I do have a few policies.

  • A non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking in order to hold the date and to account for the time and preparation dedicated to your booking. If the session is cancelled by you (the client) this fee will be retained. An option to reschedule will be provided outlined below.

  • Rescheduling Policy:

    • If you reschedule your session within 30 days of the original date, your payment will be rolled over to the new date.

    • If the session is not rescheduled within this 30-day window, all fees will be forfeited.

For Weddings/Elopements/Events:

  • A nonrefundable deposit is charged at the time of hire for weddings and events. If the event is cancelled, you will have the option to "roll over" this deposit if the date is being moved.  Details to this are outlined in the wedding contract provided and signed date of hire.

  • If cancelled a month or less before the event, the full base fee will be due.

Thank you for understanding the value of my time and efforts in creating a memorable experience for you. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
